We don't eat pork chops often. This recipe was a hit, even for my very picky 7 year old.Simple, easy and quick. I did sear the chops lightly coated with flour before baking. I will use this recipe again.

I loved this recipe....I put garlic powder, minced onions, and Mrs.Dash on the pork chops before soda mixture. Also like the other suggestion...let mixture sit with a little corn starch to thicken it. YUMMY!!!!

I make this all the time now. I use a teaspoon of lemon juice & a teaspoon of cornstarch in my sauce to thicken it up a little. I prefer to use boneless pork ribs and serve it over white rice with the sauce. Yummmm! It's so easy and taste so good. Deffinately a keeper!

The sauce was pretty flavorful, although I might have preferred it a little thicker. The pork didn't come out incredibly tender, but I think it may have been the meat itself. I will try the recipe again with fresher pork chops.

I tried this since a few reviewers that said their kids liked this. My nephew was thumbs down (oh well). My sister and I thought it was ok but nothing to rave about. I made as recipe stated but if I try this again I will definitely use 1/2 bbq sauce.

It was just ok...I baked it for 40 minutes and probably could have done 35. I added 1/2 bbq & 1/2 ketchup and onions. Nobody in my family was wowwed!

I made this according to the recipe. My husband & I enjoyed it. I agree with the suggestion to adjust the cooking time according to the thickness of the pork chops. Quick, easy meal when served with baked beans and cole slaw.

This was very good, much better than I expected. The cola sort of threw me, wasn't sure how that would turn out but it was great. I also made a few changes based on other reviewer's tips; i browned the chops after dipping in a mixture of flour, seasoned salt and minced onion, and added about 1/2 cup chopped onion to the skillet while browning. I also mixed in an additional 1 TBSP of brown sugar with the sauce mix, and after pouring over the chicken, i sprinkled additional minced onion over top. I only baked 30 minutes and they turned out great! This one is worth repeating; even my husband thought so!

Like others, I was skeptical when I read the ingredients. But it is just fabulous. Much lighter, and a lot less boring, than plain old BBQ sauce. My kids, especially my toddlers, love it. I did double the sauce though.

Very easy, and very good! I wasn't sure how all that ketsup would fare with my kids, but they cooked up just wonderful. Sweet and tangy and just about the easiest thing to throw together at the last minute, esp when the pantry level is getting low! I did dredge them in flour, salt and pepper and quick browned them before baking--which seemed to seal in moisture.

Easy and delicious! Make sure to put LOTS of freshly ground black pepper on top before you bake. I used coarse kosher salt as well.

The flavor of the sauce is very family-friendly...however, I think if the sauce were thicker, it would be more desireable. Perhaps some cornstarch could be added prior to pouring over the chops. Great flavor.

I'm a novice cook and I fixed this tonight for my housemates (one of whom is as good a cook as any chef) They loved it and it was sooo easy! I made similar substitutions, 1/2 ketchup 1/2 -an Onion/Pepper BBQ sauce, some lime juice, worsteshire sauce (sp?) and Tobasco sauce. I didn't flour the chops, but I did brown them in olive oil and added onions and a lil corn starch to thicken up the sauce. Served with brown rice.. yum! Thanks for the recipe!

Great recipe--I took the advice of the other reviewers: 1/2 BBQ, 1/2 ketchup with the cola mixture. I also floured (seasoned) & browned the chops first. I also put the cornstarch in the marinade to help thicken. Warning--make sure the bottom of your oven has foil or something b/c this dish bubbles quite a bit and makes a mess--well worth the mess though!!!

I thought this was awesome - I did take another reviewers suggestion and browned the chops first and added 1 tsp lemon juice and 1 tsp cornstarch. The thickness of the gravy was perfect.
