Good recipe but I did add more liquid near the end.

Not that good. Very bland and I even added garlic. Chops were juicy, just no flavor. We ended up eating them with barbaque sauce.

I've like other user have been making this recipe for years, since '03. I'm not a cola fan, so i used dr.pepper instead which was still great.

This is so good! I tried a few of the suggestions from other users.. I rolled my chops in flour and browned them before baking, and I also lined the pan with aluminum foil (I don't know if that made them more tender, but it sure made for easy cleanup!!) I also used 1/2 ketchup and 1/2 bbq sauce because I'm not a ketchup fan and it was good! My hubby hates sweet things but he really liked these.

I tried this recipe last night...the chops were extremely tender. I personally wasn't too fond of the flavor, but my family loved them.

This turned out very yummy! I did do a few things differently though...I used mostly tomato sauce with some ketchup, added lots of garlic and minced onion. I did make one BIG substitution...it turns out that the Coke I had bought specifically for this recipe had been guzzled by my husband! So, I used some rootbeer instead. :) And it was actually pretty good! I think it would've been better with the Coke, but hey! It worked.

The name may sound funny, but it was one of the best pork chops I've had in awhile

This is a very versatile recipe. I used a gourmet tomato soup with the cola and the results were two thumbs up! I also browned the pork and added onions. Great recipe - very tender pork chops.

I made this last night and my husband asked me to plan to make this every couple weeks. At other's suggestion I coated with flour, thyme, salt and pepper. then browned in garlic infused olive oil. Added mushrooms and onion to saute last couple minutes then placed over chops when adding sauce. Also added a few red pepper flakes to the sauce before baking. Very simple but good.

I lightly browned like other suggested. I added a little of this and that (A1 Steak Sauce, Tabasco Sauce, a bit of soy sauce). I think next time I will do more A1 and less ketchup so that it will cut the tanginess of the ketchup. And I will add a little more tabasco to add a spicy level to it. But it was very moist. And I will try to make it again because my husband enjoyed it a lot.

My family loves pork chops so I was looking for something new to try and came across this recipe. The only change I made is that i seasoned my chops with garlic and onion powder before placing in baking dish and i added sliced mushrooms and sliced onions on top of them before covering with sauce. The pork chops turned out very tender. Will definitely make this one again!

great recipe! I was looking for something fast with some chops I bought. I did use 1/2 chili sauce and 1/2 ketchup, and seasoned the chops with s/p and a little of Tastefully Simple's Onion Onion seasoning. Next time I will use the full cup of chili sauce instead of 1/2 and 1/2. I will also add some thinly sliced onions on top next time too! I cooked 8 chops for 30 minutes on 350 and it was done perfectly! thanks!

I loved it! Can't wait to try it on chicken now :) I usually find pork chops pretty bland and dry but this was a delicious treat for me when it came time to cook our pork chops. Thanks! And one tip with pork chops *that I didn't notice* is covering the pan with aluminum foil to lock in the moisture* :) Thanks for the recipe!

Great recipe! I browned the pork chops first as another reviewer suggested. The tangy sauce is great! My son loved it! Will definately make again.
