Very, very good. I used half this recipe for 4 steaks, and I even used half of half of the soy sauce (1/4 of the called recipe). This got mutually agreed upon by my wife and I as a marinade we will definitely have to do again. I used the extra marinade instead of A1 sauce on my steak and thought it was excellent.

My family really liked this and it was very easy to make. Nobody wanted the extra sauce, though, so next time I will cut the marinade recipe in half and just skip the sauce. Thanks!

Went down well with the hubby - I'm a vegan myself so didn't eat it but I marinated top flank steak for almost 48 hrs and it was tender, juicy and (apparently) very yummy...I have boneless ribs marinating in it right now!

This turned sirloin into tender fillet. I used the marinade for about 7 hours because that was all the time I had. It was wonderful! I used sesame oil instead of the seeds because I was lazy. I also cut the onion( in the marinade) into rings and then pan fried them with mushrooms& peppers for a topping and served with Horseradish. Great flavor combo. Thank you..I'll use again and again.

really good flavor! Whole family liked this one. I omitted the sesame seeds, and I used garlic that I had roasted a couple days ago. Didn't measure anything, just eyeballed it as usual. marinated steaks for about 8 hours. I asked my husband to guess what was in the marinate.... he thought maybe it was Tea . I'll keep this recipe and use it again for sure.

I'm work at a local Coffee shop and at the end of the day we have SO much coffee left. I decided that I would bring it home and try this recipe. I doubled it, and used it with Chicken as well as Steak. It is out of this world. Great Job!!

I was skeptical to try this but I am glad I did. I followed it to the T except i used a tad less soy sauce. It was so tender and juicy. LOVE IT!

We let it marinade for about 36 hours. It was very good and we would definitely eat it again. Not something to eat on a regular basis, but something new to try!

I was hesitant to try because of the coffee, but was pleasantly surprised with this recipe. I only used 1/4 - 1/3 of the soy sauce based on other reviewer's comments. I used a very lean cut of steak and it can sometimes turn out tough, but with this marinade it was tender and flavorful. Will definitely use this again!

The steak was tasty and rich, but I agree with another reviewer that there was too much soy sauce in it, and the beef turned out really salty. I used light soy sauce, which is lighter in color than dark soy sauce, but saltier. I might try dark soy sauce the next time, or add less light soy sauce.

tender and juicy like you wouldn't believe, just a smidge too salty for my taste buds. I'd cut down on one of the more salty ingredients (which ever one it is), but just to suit my tastes. Otherwise, just a wonderful recipe!

My husband and I loved this recipe. The coffee flavor is very warm and romantic. I confess, I didn't measure any of it, just eyeballed. I cooked the steak in a pan and used the reserved marinade to deglaze. It came out perfect. We will be making this again!

This was really flavorful, and left the meat so tender, but I was left with a strong after-taste of soy sauce. My husband loved it, and it smelled delicious cooking, but it just wasn't what I was hoping it would be. I might try to make this again, but with way less soy sauce.
