Delicious coffee flavored chocolate frosting. Cream may be substituted for the milk for added richness.

This is an old recipe I have for Mocha Icing. I hope you like it. The recipe makes enough for one 8 inch layer cake.

My Mom has made this cake frosting for as long as I can remember; she has no idea where she got it but it is very unique and absolutely delicious on a chocolate cake. I now make it for my family and they love it, too.

This is a great Fondant recipe that can be tinted with paste food color if desired. Pour over the top of cakes or petit fours to make a perfectly smooth and glossy surface.

Ornamental Icing

This is a good wedding cake icing. While frosting cake, keep bowl covered with a damp cloth to prevent excessive evaporation. Makes enough to frost one 3 tiered wedding cake, and to decorate with garlands and flowers.
