I give this fish recipe five stars, very healthy and delicious way to make cod. I used mayo instead of egg white (helps the bread crumbs stick better and better taste) and I soaked the fillets in milk for an hour to get rid of the fishy taste that cod sometimes has (when it’s not right out of the water fresh). I also breaded both sides. I cooked it until the outside was light brown and it came out perfect, moist and flaky.
For those who like more flavor you can always add you favorite kicker to the fish before breading them, I will try a little dill next time or a little Cajun seasonings to add some variety. The recipe is a most for anyone’s repertoire.
