whole coconuts, meat shredded and juice reserved
sweetened condensed milk
This was a really difficult recipe to do the coconut took forever to get open & shread. The recipe called to cook it for 15 minutes until tender I cooked it for 45 minutes & it still never got soft enough very time consuming Took me almost 2 hours just to get it ready to bake & it never even turned out. Did not like the recipe & it was really hard to make.
