I liked the idea of refrigerating dough, so I can prepare it ahead of time and bake it later. I tried to make those, and the dough is too runny, I added 1/2 cup oats and about 1 cup flour to fix it... and it was still runny. I substituted shortening with butter spread, so maybe thats my problem. Cookies came out ok. We ate them all, but we couldnt even taste the coconut.
