This is a great recipe. I don't change anything except baking for longer (25 min). May just be my oven. Some hints: 1)Grease and flour the parchment paper to prevent the paper from sticking 2) I chilled the batter for a few hours before scooping them to help with the stickiness 3) I used a metal tablespoon as the scoop. It gave the perfect golf ball size. 4) Keep a bowl of water nearby to dip and clean the tablespoon when the batter starts to stick to it. Other than that, it's a super easy desert. I like to dip in melted chocolate to fancy it up.
