I saw a recipe in a women's magazine this month, and it called for l/2 cup flour, 1/8 tsp. salt, and it didn't mention the almond extract, but it mentioned everything else that this recipe does. I made it & everyone loved it. I see you don't mention salt or flour in your recipe. I didn't have a problem with any stickiness. I wonder if the flour is helpful for that? Just wondering. Also I use an oil spray and good quality pans.
