Yummm! Texture is perfect and SO easy! First time I made, they lacked something in flavor, a little bland. Tried again with a pinch more salt and mixed the vanilla and touch of almond in with the egg whites, was much better. Take care to grease the cookie sheet very lightly so as to not overbrown the bottom of the cookie and don't overcook them! 18 minutes exactly was a charm for mine. Chocolate adds the finishing touch that really takes them to the next level.
