2 1/2 teaspoons
heavy whipping cream
sweetened flaked coconut, or as needed - divided
green food coloring
jelly beans in assorted colors, or as desired
I made this for Easter. Very nice presentation. I will make again but cut back on the coconut extract. It was a little too much for us.
