The reason I'm giving this recipe 4 stars instead of 5 stars is because they were so difficult to roll. I changed the quantity to 24 servings which of course changed all the measurements and I don't know if I did something wrong but it was definitely a mess to roll. The taste of the candy is great - it just melts so fast. I would definitely make again but adjust the cherries or milk I'm not sure which.

These are great! They are VERY rich, though, so they don't have to be made very large, a little bit goes a long way. I even made them wrong (add the milk after melting the chocolate) and they turned out fine. I didn't use cherries b/c I didn't have any on hand. Very tasty. Got second place in chocolate coconut candy at the fair.
