Delicious! I made these for a birthday party, and they were an instant hit! My only suggestion is that you make them a day in advance and refrigerate before trying to cut them.

I've made this before - but as a layered bar where after the crumb crust is made, you just dump the remaining ingredients on the crust in order. It's so much easier than trying to spread the gooey coconut mixture and chocolate. Same great taste - only easy!

I make this recipe all the time. Really tastes best once refrigerated overnight. I also add 1/4 cup of almonds and tastes like an almond joy candy bar.
