Ingredients

  • 4 cups sugar
  • 3 cups baking cocoa
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 quart warm water
  • 2 quarts boiling water
  • 4 gallons hot milk

Directions

  1. In a large kettle, combine sugar, cocoa, salt and warm water; mix well. Add boiling water; boil for 10 minutes. Remove from the heat; stir in hot milk.
