I make these cookies ALL the time! They're great for diets and chocolate lovers everywhere! They taste light, fluffy and chocolaty!

Very light and delicious! These reminded me of pudding in a cookie...and fairly guilt-free. We plan to make these again in our family.

These cookies turned out great. I used a 1/2 cup of whole wheat flour and a 1/2 cup of white flour. I also substituted a tablespoon of natural applesauce for half of the butter. I had a bit of an egg disaster (which left me laughing hysterically at myself), so I think I put about 1.5 yolks in, instead of just one. I think the way to ensure these are cooked all the way through is to make them small. The recipe calls for laying out the dough in rounded tablespoons full. I baked them for about 10 minutes, and they were done. They will be a bit squishy feeling when you take them out of the oven, but if you leave them on the baking sheet for two minutes before you move them to the rack, they will firm up. I will definitely make these again!

These cookies were ok... They were a little gooey but easy to make! I had all of the ingredients so I decided to make them! Next time, I think I will bake them a little longer. They get big and puffy and look done, but once they sat out for awhile, they started to fall and get a little gooey.
