Basically a really large amount of bean dip. It was good, but I wouldn't make it as a meal. More of an appetizer. Nothing too special, it might be better layered.

This was a hit with my family. I served this with lettuce and sour cream and it was like a taco salad. I used Taco Seasoning I by Bill Echols and a small can of mild Hatch chiles. I only used 1 can of Rosarita refried beans as it was only for 3 of us. The next time though I am going to mix some of the tortilla chips in a little more like a taco pie/casserole. We'll definitely have this again. Thanks Carolyn, this was great. We really enjoyed this.

This was great! my family loved it, the kids called it "the bomb" an my husband said "its like a big not so messy toastada" I will be making this one again.
