Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 celery rib, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 (1.25 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 (16 ounce) cans refried beans
  • 1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chilies
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 large tomato - peeled, seeded and chopped
  • 1/3 cup pitted ripe olives, chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups crushed tortilla chips

Directions

  1. In a large skillet, cook beef, celery and onion until meat is browned; drain. Stir in taco mix, water, beans and green chilies if desired; mix well. Pour into a 2-1/2-qt. baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes or until heated through. Top with cheese, green onions, tomato, olives and chips.
