Awesome. I made these without the bread machine using the 8 gram package of yeast and turned out perfectly. I refrigerated them overnight and baked them in individual muffin tins.

This is a very satisfactory recipe, the second egg is a good idea. I use butter instead of margarine. If you slather the log rolled dough with butter, they will not stick to each other. The premium cinnamons in the market shine in this recipe. Also for a epicurious flair, thin stripes of molasses plus drunken raisins and orange zest added before rolling up will dazzle your frieds. The same for the addition of Mexican vanilla in the dough, too. Always bake on parchment paper for quick cleanup. Nutmeg in the dough may please people too.

This is such an easy recipe and so delicious. I make my dough in my kitchen aid mixer and then let it rise for 45 minutes. Then, I follow the recipe starting with #2. I made it the first time with the cream cheese icing which was delicious but way too sweet for us. So, now I make a glaze and drizzle it over the top. The glaze consists of 1 c powdered sugar, 3 tbsp heavy cream, 1 tsp vanilla or almond extract. With the glaze, they are even better!!!!

UNBELIEVEABLE!!!!! The only dough I have ever worked with is a pilsbury ready made pie crust but I was up for the challenge of making homemade cinnamon rolls for Christmas Brunch! I did not use a bread machine nor a Kitchen-Aid mixer and these turned out wonderfully! I read plenty of reviews and followed the advice of others. This was less difficult than I thought and I will never again eat canned cinnamon rollls when I can make homemade!!

My husband who normally does not like cinnamon rolls because they are too messy, loves these, mess and all! I put one in his lunch bag the next day and he even sent me an email saying these are the best cinnamon rolls ever!

I've place all the ingredients in the machine pan in this order: warm milk, room temp eggs, melted margarine, salt, flour, sugar, yeast. I select dough cycle, but my machine doesn't mix it all together. It mixes the bottom, but hardly even moves the top. It seems to me that the wet to dry ingredients are way out of proportion.
