Wonderful recipe I even used regular flour. I did add raisins and chopped pecans. When they were done baking I flipped the whole pan over and frosted the bottoms. All the cinnamon and goodness inside stayed in the middle, no oozing out in pan. Highly recommend this one.

they are sooooooooo good and DO taste exactly like a cinnabon!! I made them for Christmas breakfast this year & made 2 for everyone and they were GONE..!! my only suggestion would be to make a little extra of the butter /cinnamon mix and with a pastry brush put it on the outside of the buns once they are in the dish. The outside of my buns came out a little flaky and i prefer them a little softer thats why i suggested the butter. Other than that they were AMAZING!!

I cannot rave enough about these awesome cinnamon rolls! They are a little time-consuming to make but WELL worth the effort. Easy to make, hard to hide :) I've been making these almost as long as the recipe has been on allrecipies! Even when I forgot to let them rise before I baked them, they were great. Be prepared to make a double batch if you take these rolls to work- they go fast. I've only changed a few things. I've always used butter instead of margarine. If I'm making them for work or a bake sale- I roll them a little thinner, and nearly double the cinnamon filling. (This will make enough to fill a disposable roasting pan.) For the last few batches, I covered the rolls with foil when they were done, layered towels to fill up the extra space, and then flipped them while they were cooling. Flip them back before completely cool- the extra filling seeps into all the little nooks and crannies- yum! I haven't tried freezing them. I have made them the day before and then put them in the fridge overnight. Be sure to let them warm and rise a bit if you do this. If you don't have a bread machine the recipe still works. Mix and knead well but gently. Be sure to let the dough rise in a warm spot- such as on top of a warm oven. The magic of a bread machine is that it warms a little during the cycle so the dough rises well. If your dough isn't rising, it needs to be warmer. Thank you for sharing this recipe. It's the ultimate cinnamon roll!

I made these for my family on Christmas morning and I will be making them again this morning to start the new year. I bake cinnamon buns regularly and I have tried several good recipes but these are truly outstanding ! And the frosting - which I am not usually fond of as I always find that it is too sweet for my taste - is simply delicious ! A great recipe.

Very good recipe!! I didn't have a bread machine, so had to do it the old-fashioned way. Bread also didn't seem to rise much either time. I still went on with the cooking as I was out of yeast. The only change I made was I used whipped cream cheese just because I think of the real thing being more whipped than a typical icing. Very Good though. A++

Fantastic! I took some advice and made mine the night before. I sat the rolls on a baking sheet covered with saran wrap and put in the fridge. Next morning put the rolls in the oven then turned on to 400 and baked for 14 minutes. Stick to the recipe. Delicious!

Awesome. I'm not a fan of preparing bread dough, but when I saw this receipe I had to try it. Our Christmas tradition has always been to have cinnamon rolls on Christmas morning but I've used Pillsbery canned. I will never do that again, these will be our new Christmas tradition. I followed the receipe exactly as it's written, prepared them the day before, then put them in the frig. I took them out and let them sit for 30 minutes, then put them in a warm oven (about 150 degrees) for another 30 minutes. Then I cranked up the temp to start the cooking process. They came out perfect.

Thank you, thank you, thank you!! I make cinnamon rolls every year for Christmas and these were the best I have ever made!! Followed all the helps... no bread machine - let rise in oven, dumped the rolls upside down on a tray, etc. Thank for making me a "star". These truly are supreme.

Ok, so I have had this recipe saved for over 2 years, and for some reason I was too intimidated to try them. I have never made cinnamon rolls before, so today was my first attempt. These turned out perfectly! They were so easy to make with the bread machine. When they came out of the oven we were all so excited to try them that we were literally burning our mouths as we ate! All my husband and son could say was Mmmmm! They are absolutely the best cinnamon rolls ever!

This recipe is unreal. So good. So worth the extra work. I made these on Christmas Eve day, put them in the fridge overnight and we had them on Christmas morning. So yummy. I did not have a bread machine. I used my Kitchen Aid, bread hook. I used regular flour will use bread flour next time. Still turned out great. At the end of the baking cycle, I turned the pan over on top of a cookie sheet and frosted these babies! This recipe is a keeper. My family loved these rolls. We had some left overs and had them this morning. I simply put them in the over to re-warm. Awesome! I will make these again.

Very good and almost exactly likely a cinnabon. It does take a little time but they are still very good the second and third days- just toss in the microwave to heat a bit.

Absolutely incredible! I used other reviewers suggestions for non-bread machine baking and also combined the brown sugar, vanilla, and butter before spreading on the dough. I prepared the rolls the day before and let rest in the fridge overnight then baked in the morning. Excellent with the cream cheese frosting!
