Family loved them. Even froze leftover waffles to make for my sun in the mornings.

Perfect! I followed the recpe exactly and they turned out perfect! Light and fluffy on the inside and crispy on the outside. I have been looking for the perfect waffle recipe for quite a while now. I will look no further. This is definitely it! Thank you!

Great waffles. Added a bit more sugar after reading some reviews but next time will make with written amount of sugar. Probably the best waffle recipe I've come across. Thanks Megan

These are consistantly golden, fluffy, perfect. I substituded 1 individual pk of stevia (the size of tea sweetner pks you get in restaurants). Made the waffles sugar free. They were outstanding. Thank you for this amazing recipe.

After making these waffles for breakfast today, I will NEVER again buy waffle mix. This recipe was very simple and just about as easy as using a mix. I followed the recipe exactly, then tasted the batter. As several others mentioned, it did not seem sweet enough to me, so I added a bit more sugar and the result was awesome waffles that were crisp on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Thanks for sharing this recipe with us - it is a keeper!

These were very tasty! Perfect as is... and very close to Mark Bittman's recipe (which has been my favorite for some time.) I only had xl eggs and inadvertantly used 2... still tasted great, but next time I'll use either 1 or be sure to have large.

Sift the dry ingredients together, then add to wet mixture. My kids loved these waffles and wanted more!

Good batter, but this is a PANCAKE batter, NOT a waffle batter. Disappointing when you're wanting waffles. :( Too much vanilla, too.

I loved the fluffy waffles. I seperated the eggs and whisked the whites and folded them in at the end. Recipe made a little too much for me and my boyfriend, would split in half next time. Served with frozen berries stewed with a little water and suger and blended till smooth. Very good.

Very yummy! I followed the recipe exactly except for adding 1/2 cup of buttermilk to thin it out. I think the addition of the buttermilk "made" it! Thank you Parker71!

This was my first attempt at making waffles and I must admit that I was very happy with the outcome! I made two batches and doubled the vanilla in each (I will probably add a little more sugar next time). I made half with chocolate chips and the other half with cinnamon & pecan pieces. Thanks for sharing your recipe!
