INGREDIENTS (Nutrition)

  • 1 head Tanimura & Antle® Iceberg Lettuce
  • 3/4 cup chunky blue cheese dressing
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

DIRECTIONS

  1. Core lettuce; rinse and drain well. Cut into 6 wedges.
  2. Spoon dressing over wedges, as desired. Top with blue cheese and parsley.

  • GRILL THE PERFECT STEAKHOUSE STEAK AT HOME
  • Rub well-trimmed 1-inch thick boneless beef strip steaks with cracked pepper or your favorite seasoning blend. Place on grid over medium, ash-covered coals. Grill, uncovered, 15 to 18 minutes for medium rare to medium doneness, turning occasionally. (For gas grill, grill covered, according to manufacturer's directions, 11 to 15 minutes for medium rare to medium doneness, turning occasionally.)
