These are really good, even with regular milk. I use whole wheat flour and they turn out great! I usually triple the recipe :)

I've never heard of the vinegar and milk step before and was highly skeptical, but this turned out to be simply fantastic. I wouldn't change a thing. So very delicious.

Good basic pancake recipe. Usually we would use soy milk but I had left over heavy cream, just over a cup, so I used all that. I also added 2 tbls of flax powder and a handful of mini chocolate chips. Very fluffy - but probably due to the cream!

Woke up with snow on the ground and thought this was a pancake Sunday morning. Found this recipe and went to the kitchen and whipped up a batch of the lightest, most delicious pancakes I've ever made. I had a little eggnog left over so I used that instead of the almond milk. Used boysenberry syrup and whipped cream 'cause it's Valentines week. Yummy and pretty!

We can't do nuts (allergies) so I used soy milk and added a tiny bit of cinnamon and vanilla. They were super flat. So I don't know if the almond milk would have made them much fluffier.

Made a few substitutions based on what I had at hand, but they still turned out great!! Used whole milk and olive oil, and ~2 tablespoons of honey. Amazing topped with fruit preserves, though next time I want to try adding chocolate chips into the batter, instead...!!

I have tried almost every recipe on this website and this is the one I've been looking for the whole time. They were nice, thin, fluffy flapjacks... the way a classic pancake should be. I substituted the cup of Silk for a cup of milk but they were PERFECT!

These are great! I've made them with the original recipe, and also with blueberries, strawberries, chocolate chips, and even (cooked) bacon mixed in. They freeze well for quick weekday breakfasts.
