This is a great guide for lasagna. We made our own meatsauce instead of jarred sauce or what the recipe called for. We also did not use italian sausage. My husband doesn't care for fenil seed so we used a pound of ground pork instead. There is never enough mozzarella cheese so next time, we will use/have more. We cooked uncovered for an hour and let it rest. It was a hit! My 4 year old niece, who is pretty picky, went back for seconds! We'll definitely make this again. Thanks for sharing!
