My salad loving sisters couldn't get enough the first time. When I made it the second time I didn't even get a bite! Was gone in an instant!

I have spent a lot of time trying to figure out a good dressing to drizzle over cucumber and tomatoes (just like my favorite greek resturant). And the dressing for this was PERFECT.

Really good! I cut back to 1/4 cup oil for the dressing, added a few more squeezes lemon and dashes vinegar, and it came out nice and tangy. The boy said, "keep this for sure"...! Might try adding some banana peppers next time, but all in all, a wonderful salad/dressing.
