This was my first attempt at Clam Chowder. I love finding healthier alternatives to classic dishes and this one works! I made a few optional changes: I used one Reduced fat/sodium cream of celery and one reduced fat/sodium cream of mushroom, I used chopped clams for more texture, and smashed the potatoes with the back of a fork once tender in the soup. Overall I am happy to add this tasty, lighter recipe to my box! The boyfriend loved it too!!!
