I didn't have fresh lemons/oranges. I served this over white rice with stuffed squash and it was divine. Used the leftover sauce to go over the white rice; I simmered for much longer as I was preparing the squash. FANTASTIC!

I tried this recipe and didn't find that the chops had much flavor. I read the reviews prior to trying them and marinated the meat to cooking it. I mostly tasted the sauce, didn't enhance the meat IMHO

It was good - I think it would be better marinated in the juice mixture but made for a quick dinner with ingredients easly found in my firg or pantry. I used apricot all fruit instead of apple jelly and added a little garlic powder.

I made this for my husband and another couple and we all loved it! It is a refreshing way to cook pork chops. And they were wonderfully tender. I omitted the dry mustard and ginger, instead using a tablespoon or so of honey mustard.

Used Strawberry Banana Jam instead of the apple and it was delicious!
