This was awesome! I followed the recipe word for word for the ingredients. Instead of baking the orange roughy, I put it on the grill in a grill wok. Even my 3 and 6 years olds ate it. Would definitely make this again. Thanks!

I followed the recipe exactly. Used seasoned bread crumbs. I thought it was just ok. Nothing really exciting. I think it would have been better if I had marinated the fish in the liquid for a time rather than just using it to dip the fish prior to breading. There was a lot of liquid, plenty to use as a marinade. Thanks
