This was delicious, but the sauce doesn't go very far. The base for the sauce is a great starter, I've used it for a sherry sauce to put over roasted chicken.

UNBELIEVABLE!!! Juicy, rich flavors, seriously amazing. Maybe some of the best chicken I've ever had! If i was served that in a gourmet restaurant I'd feel it was worth my money!

This was really good after some changes. I marinated two pieces of bone-in chicken thigh overnight with the same amount of marinade stated above, some garlic salt and ground ginger. Doubled the cooking time and added more milk. Right at the end I added a teaspoon of lemon and orange juice. Served over hot pasta. Will definitely make this again.

I followed this recipe to the letter. Not bad. Nice hints of citrus but a little monotone. I think a little brown sugar or maple syrup would make this near-perfect.

Great chicken dish! Very tasty! I followed the instructions and prescribed amounts for each ingredient and it turned out fabulous! The combination of ginger, green onion, etc is perfect. Perhaps we could sun-dried tomatoes as an option but the recipe is great as it is. I served this great dish with penne a la vodka sauce II and wow, it turned out great!

I'm not a meat-eater, so I only gave these a quick taste but my boyfriend ate every last bite. I thought the sauce turned out a wonderful, creamy consistency and the flavor was great - definitely not too floury as some recipes can turn out. The citrus gave a delightful flavor to the meat without overpowering the whole dish and the ginger was the perfect touch - I might add a little fresh grated ginger to this recipe next time I make it. The only thing I omitted was the orange peel - I didn't have an orange on hand but I did have some orange juice which I used instead of fresh-squeezed. I also chose to use olive oil as my "cooking oil" for this recipe. My boyfriend seemed to really enjoy and asked me to make it again some time, and he typically doesn't prefer chicken. I'm happy to have a simple, fast, & easy chicken recipe that he enjoys!

This was very good! I didn't have fresh lemons so I used the juice from one orange, the orange zest, and about 1 tsp to 1 1/2 tsp of lemon pepper seasoning. I served mine with couscous. Great recipe.

This was wonderful. The chicken was very tender and the sauce was terrific. I served this with wild rice, steamed brocoli and brussel sprouts. All of which paired nicely with the sauce. I will make this again!!

This was really yummy. My husband and i loved it, however my 2 year old son found the flavors a little strong. It's a easy recipe with ingredients that you have in your house most of the time. I love anything that only takes one pan, dirties very little dishes and looks like I went to a lot of fuss. Pair this chicken dish with some wild or pilaf rice and some peas and you have yourself a great easy meal that looks like you spent a lot more time in the kitchen than you actaully have.
