Baked this pie and had a piece a few hours out of the oven and the next day also. It was ok but did not blow us away. Has a subtle orange marmalade taste and I like orange marmalade so that was ok with me, just better apple pie recipes out there. The bottom crust was very soggy and doughy and it was difficult to get it out of the pan without falling apart. It did not call for cinnamon and I was tempted to add it anyway but didn't, now I regret it.
