This recipe is very bland, and as it is, I would not make it again. My husband said it had possibilities, but needed major flavor enhancements. He'd give it 1 & 1/2 stars, since it was edible, but flavorless. My child only liked the hotdogs; he thought it needed help. I added some green beans to add flavor & make it more of a meal. The pasta has no flavor because the sauce doesn't stick to it, and the sauce needed much more mustard, onion and maybe relish. Be prepared to spruce this up!!!!!
