I am still blown away by how easy this was... I easily whipped up 3 batches in an hour. Buttery and delicious. Thank you for this recipe, it's already a holiday favorite for me!!

Very good...but DON'T pretoast the walnuts...they cook too quickly and end up burned and bitter in the end. I ended up doing it over again and it turned out perfectly.

This receipe rates 5 stars on the easy scale, but I found it a bit lacking in taste. I'll probably try it again but will toast the nuts first to bring out their flavor.

This was so easy and tasted so wonderful! I am not a fan of peanut brittle so I as a bit leary but I had a bag of walnuts to use up and decided to just try it. I ended up making 2 batches and giving it away as gifts!
