I loved it! Did it just as you wrote it. My only modification in the future would be more filling - we love it sweet and spicy! Thank you!

This is a very flavorful breakfast bread. It makes two nice loaves so I took one to share at work and the other was literally devoured in two days by my hubby, who really liked the orange and cinnamon flavor. I did make some changes... instead of sprinkling the rolled out dough with water and then covering with the cinnamon/sugar, I melted 1/4 cup of butter and spread that onto the surface, then sprinkled on sugar/cinnamon and some raisins. Roll up tightly to make lots of swirls. Allow this bread adequate time to rise. Do try it. It is very, very good. I have shared with many others and everybody loves it.

This recipe is AWESOME. It's so simple and to DIE for. I made two loaves before Christmas and took them to family events and to a craft night with friends. it is DELICIOUS and really lasts. The recipe is perfect in every way... and i am the type of person who usually changes every recipe in some way to better fit my needs. VERY impressive. I initially found it in a Taste of Home Christmas Magazine.

My only complaint about this bread is the diet I'm going to have go on. I had 3 slices the first time I cut into it. Took it to my grandmothers for the holidays and it was a huge hit. I veganized it as I always do and I also used cardamom instead of cinnamon just because I have this love affair with cardamom. Excellent.

The zest in the dough makes a big difference. The combination of the cinnamon and orange is great. I used a brush and lots of butter rather than water in between the rolls. Butter does not make it gooey at all. What would make it gooey is under baked. Make sure your oven is operating at the correct temperature. If not consult owners manual and how to adjust. I bought 4 oranges, used the zest of one, then the juice of all four. Strained. Better than the box or bottle.

my husband made this yesterday and I glazed it. Wow! that's good. My husband didn't put all the orange zest into the dough and next time I will make sure he does. One reviewer suggested to use butter in the middle for the filling instead of water and it made it gooey (not in a good way)in the very middle. At least, I'm assuming it's from the butter because everything else was done. My husband even took out his measuring tape to make sure he got the dimensions correctly - had to take a picture of that! Anyway, we'll be making this again!!! We're going to trying making french toast with this, this morning. Good day!

This was excellent. I would add more cinnamon to the filling, and instead of water, I might try spreading the rolled out dough with butter first, then sprinkle the cinnamon sugar on. The bread dough is fabulous! Will make for gifts.
