This was excellent. I would add more cinnamon to the filling, and instead of water, I might try spreading the rolled out dough with butter first, then sprinkle the cinnamon sugar on. The bread dough is fabulous! Will make for gifts.

Excellent. As the recipe didn't specify white or brown sugar for the cinnamon mix I went with brown. I thought this was going to be complicated to make but the directons are very clear and it was actually quite easy. A big hit here and I am going to make again to take into work just before Christmas. Many Thanks.

This was delicious - my first attempt at baking bread. My one problem was that I would have liked more cinnamon sugar in the middle... but great recipe, thanks.
