I followed the directions exactly, but the dough came out very gooey, and they were overly sweet, I could only eat half of one. I also tested them at work, and everyone there said too sweet. I liked the frosting, and the filling, but all together with the gooey sweet pastry, it was just too much. I thought they would be flaky-er. Based on other reviews, it may be something I did, so I may give them another go.

These were AWESOME! I put these together the night before, and they took a couple hours once I took them out of the fridge to rise. Well worth the time and effort these are the best!

Simply Marvelous! I did this for a breakfast meeting I left out the nuts due to known allergies of some of my coworkers and they were GONE by the end of the day!

YUM! i did it a little different though. Instead of regular bread flour i used whole wheat, and in place of the sugars i used splenda! Basicly where ever you could use light products i did like the cream cheese. Still turned out fabulous! My husband who refuses to eat whole wheat, really likes these!

OH MY GOSH!!! These were to die for! I followed the advice of Deb, and these came out fluffy and delish. It took a long time to make (which is what I wanted- stress reliever) and the flavor and texture were spot on. Thanks SOO much for the recipe, a definite keeper!

I can't believe I finally found the ultimate recipe for cinnamon rolls, these are wonderful! I added just a little more butter and cinnamon to the filling as we like it a little more gooey.

I've made this for my family and for overnight guests as a special treat and every time they disappear in minutes. If I'm short on time I skip making the dough and I unthaw and roll out a loaf frozen bread dough. Easy to make and everyone will enjoy.

This recipe is flawless. I hope you'll follow it to the tee! If you have any people that don't like nuts, omit the pecans like I did for half the recipe. I have made this 6 times and everyone acts like they are better than Cinnabon! My only suggestion, double the recipe for frosting because people like to add on more :o)

We need the option for 10 stars on this one! These were AMAZING! I made the rolls just like the recipe calls for but I made a different icing for them - Hubby is not a cream cheese fan. But let me tell you....these are MONEY! Hubby said they were "professional". Gotta love that! =)

This was only my second time making cinnamon buns and these ones turned out way better than the others. I think they were good but not something to be amazed by. I've tasted way better. Also, the dental floss thing didn't work for me (maybe it wasn't sharp enough :P) but a knife worked perfectly

The cinnamon rolls were really good. Loved them! The cheese taste in the frosting was a little strong, although I normally like cream cheese frosting. I am going to make it again with a little less cream cheese. Otherwise, great recipe.
