This recipe was easy to make, but they are not the best cinnamon rolls I have ever tasted. I will be trying other recipes.

These are the BEST cinnamon rolls i have ever tasted. I even made the 'cinnabon clone' and enjoyed these much more. The only change i made was adding a whole package of pudding mix.

These are simply the best! I've tried Clone of a Cinnabon and the dough messed up. These rolls turn out perfect every time. I omit the nuts.

Fantastic & really quite easy. Although time consuming to prepare, it's worth every minute. I threw my dough ingredients in the bread machine dough cycle, then went & did other things for the 1 hr., 20 min. cycle. During that time, I also prepared the cinnamon mixture and the cream cheese frosting. Once the dough is done, the rest is easy. I prepared these at night & baked them in the morning before work (for a potluck breakfast at the office). Everyone raved & raved about these, and could not believe I made them from scratch. The only changes I made, were that I used French Vanilla pudding mix as that's what I had in my pantry, and I omitted the pecans because I wasn't sure if anyone had nut allergies at the office. Excellent...just excellent.

Fabulous recipe!! I was able to make this sugar free (except for the 1 Tbsp sugar) for my boyfriend who doesn't eat sugar. I replaced the pudding with sugar-free and used stevia in place of brown sugar for the filling. For the frosting I used cream cheese, some milk and more sugar-free vanilla pudding. I loved the cinnamon rolls, but had mixed feelings about the frosting. He loved it all! Yum!

Wow, what a great recipe. They were so delicious. I don't have a bread machine, so I just made it with a little elbow grease. I proofed the yeast in the warm water & sugar until foamy (about 10mins), then added the other ingredients. But try not to use a small handheld mixer to mix. I almost had half the batter plastered on my wall. It works fine when worked through w/ a large spoon, then your hands. I turned the dough out onto a lightly floured board and kneaded for 10 mins. Then I let the dough rise for an hour in slightly oiled bowel covered by a moistened cloth. Did the rest per recipe. It was alot of fun to make. Pretty easy.

The best cinnamon rolls ever! I didn't have bread flour so I used a combination of all purpose and whole wheat pastry flour. Turned out great using the bread machine too. I'll make these again and again!

Made these by hand. The texture was perfectly light and fluffy, very different from the usual. They baked in exactly 20mins for me. The frosting was delicious, though I didn't need to use the milk. Wonderful recipe, will use this over and over again! This is THE recipe for cinnamon buns!

This recipe was easy and yummy. The dough was easy to work with and raised perfectly. I added a 1/4 cup less sugar and 1 T less cinnamon for the filling. Everyone in the house loved them even Spanky our Jack Russell who stole some from our daughter Chelle!

Great recipe. You can use 1 cup whole wheat flour and 3 cups all purpose flour for a slightly healthy version. Tastes just as good. I also made a butter whip for the filling - 3/4 cup softened butter, 1 cup brown sugar and cinnamon, whipped together and then spread on the rolled out dough. Turns out gooey and great each time.

I thought these were good, but mine also turned out dry. They were actually better the next day. That could be from the high altitude (6000 ft) though. The frosting is really good. I didn't use the bread machine, and these were easy. I don't know what the extra "work" is people are talking about - these are homemade, and pretty simple at that! Update: Go buy the book "Artisan Bread in 5 Minutes a Day" and make this recipe using the (no knead) challah dough from the book! AMAZING!!

I followed the recipe exactly...well almost. I halved the mixture and just used simply white icing to lower fat content...but these were AMAZING!

I followed the recipe exactly, but these were WAY too sweet. These were also more cake-like than a traditional cinnamon roll. I think I will pass on trying these again.

These are THE best cinnamon rolls I've ever made or tasted. I, like many others, make these by hand and use the whole package of instant pudding. I just can't say enough about this recipe. Even if you already have a favorite recipe give this one a try. You might just find a new favorite!

This does taste just like the mall cinnamon rolls. Don't double the frosting recipe. 1 recipe of frosting is perfect. If you double it then it becomes too rich. I needed to bake mine longer because they were still doughy and uncooked in the center.

Oh my. I've been making cinnamon rolls since I was a new bride 30 years ago and I thought I tried every recipe combination there was. But today I made these for a sick friend and they are the best. They're moist and unlike most recipes, they don't have an over abundance of dough. Since it was my first time of making this recipe, I followed it exactly as written--except I didn't use a bread machine. This is well worth the effort.

These are the best cinnamon rolls ever! I made these in my kitchen aid and they turned out great. If your like me and don't like the bread machine, put all the ingredients in the mixer bowl and mix on stir setting for 2 min. then speed 2 for 10 min. Put the dough in a greased bowl and cover and let rise for 1-2 hours. Very easy. Thanks for this wonderful recipe.

WONDERFUL!! My oven has a bread proofer so I put them in to rise for about an hour. Also, used a 3 oz. pkg. of cream cheese instead of the 8 oz. and the icing was perfect. This made a little less icing but was plenty.
