I just made this and it turned out awful cause i tried using a 1000 watt microwave..and didnt work. it burnt the sugar and corn syrup... so i bumped it down to 800 watt or so..and it turned out really good...:)

This was terrific!! Peanut Brittle cannot have too many peanuts in my opinion!! Try it!! You'll like it!! Everyone that I have served it to has raved about it over and over and over. I will definately be making it again and again! Thanks for the terrific recipe.
