Simple and delicious - a great way to liven up your morning! I usually just eat these things cold with a bit of sugar or Splenda, but this was really nice change. I added a bit of nutmeg along with the cinnamon. Very easy and very good plus it's good for you too!

This was my breakfast this morning. I made no changes. This was absolutely yummy. Broiling it with the honey/cinnamon on top made it incredible--almost like having dessert for breakfast. What a treat!

For being a SUPER simple 3 ingredient 3 step recipe, this is quite an amazing tasting dish. I've always heard that brown sugar is great on grapefruit, but this warm dessert is more than I could have asked for. I loved it and so did my boyfriend! 5 stars all the way. A great healthy alternative to everything else! :) thanks so much for posting.

What is an added bonus with this recipe? Grapefruit speeds up metabolism for faster weight loss. Cinnamon helps in the production of insulin, which binds with sugar to use it as energy and removal from the body rather than storing sugar as fat. Taste great and should be the way to start the day! Thank you!

I gave this recipe 4 out of 5 because it made eating a grapefruit in the morning much more bearable. Sweet and yummy and not to tart!

My coworker gave me about a dozen very tart grapefruits from his tree. They were going to go bad because they were too sour to eat on their own. I decided to see what recipes were on this site and came across this one. I followed the recipe exactly and added about a tablespoon of brown sugar on each half. I broiled it for 4 minutes and it came out perfectly. The sweetness definitely overpowers the tartness of the grapefruit. Yum-O!

Pretty good for something a little different. Either the honey or the baking really seememd to mellow the tartness of the grapefruit. This broiled perfectly in just 3 min with my broiler on HI. Thanks for posting this, it was fun making ( and eating) something new and different.
