I wound up adding 3 extra Tbs of butter during the mixing process along with a lot more cinnamon. It was a huge hit though! Next time I might just tone done the amount of honey and confectioners' sugar used.

This is the easiest and best cinnamon butter recipe! It's so good I could probably eat it by the spoonfuls!

Wow! This is the first time I've ever eaten or made honey butter, but it certainly won't be my last! This is truly delicious. I only added half the confectioners sugar and, I say this as someone who LOVES sweets, I honestly don't think you need it at all - even with half added, it's heading down the 'sickly sweet' road. Oh, also added a smidgen of nutmeg and allspice. Absolutely amazing.

Tasty but next time I will do half the amount of honey and powdered sugar. I LOVE sweets and this was just a little too sweet as is. Was a very good companion to the recipe on this site for Louisiana Sweet Potato Pancakes.

CAUTION: very sweet! I only added 1/4 c. honey & 1/4 c. powdered sugar and it came out perfectly light and fluffy without being overly sweet.

This recipe is great without any changes, but if you think it's too sweet, than just add more butter. I added another 1/2 cup to the existing recipe and it cut down the sweetness, but not the flavor. Awesome!

This was just OK for me. I used it on dinner rolls thinking it would recreate the Texas Roadhouse butter but it was no where close. Too much honey. If I make it again I will cut the honey in half. Google "Texas Roadhouse Cinnamon Butter" and you will get a closer tasting version of their buter.

It was ok I guess, but when my friend and I tried it it had a really weird taste. We thought we put too much butter in, so we put more other ingredients in. It was getting better, but still not so good I'd eat it everyday.

My husband loved this! Just like the butter from Texas Roadhouse. I whipped the butter so it was nice and fluffy, and I probably used a little less honey because I didn't have enough. Turned out wonderful anyway! Now I just need a great dinner roll to go with it.

This is delicious on toast, poundcake, pancakes, and muffins. It is a little on the thin side though. When I make this again, I would like to add a little more butter or a little less honey for a thicker consistency.

We ate at Texas Roadhouse a couple of days ago, and my son requested that I try to duplicate their honey butter spread. I saw that a couple reviewers thought this was like TR's so I decided to try it. However, it was way too sweet, more like syrup. TR's is fluffy, lighter and paler. So I threw in another stick of butter (1/2 c.), and it was closer, then I threw in another stick of butter (1/2 c.) and it was perfect. I'm going with 4 stars because as written, I'm sure it would be great if you were putting it on pancakes in place of syrup or something like that.

I saw this mentioned on the Popover recipe here, and knew I had to try it! It is SO good! I also adjusted the ingredients as follows: 1/2 cup butter, softened, 1/3 cup confectioners' sugar, 1/4 cup honey, 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon. It comes out smooth as silk, yum!

OH SO GOOD!!!! I took other's suggestions and cut back on the powdered sugar and honey. Tastes like Texas Roadhouse Cinnamon Butter. Can't wait to serve it with the Honey Bunny bread I purchased at Great Harvest Bread Co tomorrow. Thanks for the great recipe.

This was great, sweet but great. I ran out of cinnamon so I used pumpkin spice instead and the extra flavors went great with the honey. We use this on toasted banana bread.

Yum! This Butter was delicious. I made it as written but then added more butter to help thicken it and cut down on the sweetness a little. If this is your first time making it I would suggest making it as written and then change it to suit your needs. YUM!
