This was good and quite simple. What I would change is that 375F for a half-hour is too high and too long. If I hadn't checked on mine at 20 minutes, it would have burnt to a crisp and there is nothing wrong with my oven. Next time I will bake it at 350F for 20-ish minutes, watching it carefully. I'd also use use less of the sugar-cinnamon as it was too much on a 15" round. Good tasting and fun. Hard to cut into pieces being round so I think I will use a jellyroll pan or something the next time.

Excellent! So easy and delicious. I ended up making it on a jelly roll pan, because I didn't have a pizza round, and it worked out perfectly. Everytime someone walked by it, they tore another piece off....including the two 3-yr olds! I will make it again and again.
