I loved the flavor combination! Cinnamon, coffee, and chocolate are perfect together in my opinion. I dissolved plenty of instant coffee in the water, but would love to try it with espresso. The amount of cinnamon was perfect. I substituted overripe mashed banana for the fat, used a bit less brown sugar, and used whole wheat flour. I definitely plan to make these again.

Very good, yummy combination. I used a heaping tsp instant espresso in 1/3 c hot water. Followed recipe exactly. I plan to try these flavors together in a cookie.

Good but not great. The only change I made to the recipe was to use raisins instead of nuts. I did not find the coffee flavor to be noticable nor the overall taste to be anything more than plain.

One of the tastiest foods I have ever had. I substituted some wheat flour for the white and used a little less brown sugar and it's still very, very yummy. I will make often!

We really enjoyed these. My sister is allergic to walnuts, so I made half of the pan with walnuts and half without. The results were yummy both ways. I'll be making these again, I think next time I'll substitute espresso for coffee to enhance the coffee flavor a bit. Thanks for the recipe!

This tastes good! I made it in my uni dorms and the whole corridor could smell the cinnamon! The only change was that I didnt use all the glaze for the bars since they would be too sweet.

This recipe is FANTASTIC! I've been making these on my own since I was probably about ten years old... I also double the recipe and cook it in a 9X13 pan.
