Original Recipe Yield 30 cookies
 

Ingredients

  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/2 cup almonds, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cocoa

Directions

  1. Set oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets.
  2. Whip egg whites until stiff. Add almonds, cocoa, cinnamon and sugar and stir to just blend.
  3. Drop by spoonfuls on cookie sheets and bake for 20 minutes, or until dry.
