This makes a beautiful, delicious loaf. The amount of cinnamon is just right. I mixed the dry and wet ingredients separately rather than combining all at once. The bread rises quite a bit while baking, and although mine didn't overflow the pan, I placed a cookie sheet underneath the pan. I'll definitely be baking this quick moist and flavorful bread again.

maybe I did something wrong, but I wasn't too impressed. It turned out fine, but it was rather chewey and the ends seemed much tougher than the middle. I made this exactly as the recipe stated (I don't trust myself to deviate)

I had these for neighbors for the holidays. I used 3 small loaf pans instead of the one large one. They were very good

I wasn't crazy about this. It was just ok in my book. I did double the crumble stuff and that is the only part that was great about the loaf. I baked it in a bundt pan and my family did eat it all so it wasn't terrible so gave it 3stars!

This was pretty good, a little dry. Needs a drizzle of frosting or something.

This turned out ok. I think I baked it too long, as the crust turned out really dry. The inside was really good tho, and with a little butter it was great.

I should have paid more attention to the neutral/negative reviews for this recipe. I used about 2.5 tsp of cinnamon in the batter, and doubled the topping, but something in the flavor is lacking... I'm not enough of a baker to know what that is. I'm not a fan of the texture - it is almost chewy, and not what I would expect from a quick bread. I saw that another reviewer used this for bread pudding. I'm going to try that tomorrow, but alone this bread just isn't that great. I'm disappointed because I love cinnamon bread and it smelled so great while it was cooking.

Good bread, and easy enough. I really like cinnamon so I was surprised when I wasn't ecstatic about a bread where it is the star. Followed the recipe, and then after trying a slice, I added a powdered sugar glaze which I think helped. I don't know if I would make it again though. The house did smell heavenly while baking. **NOTE** I took this out after 45 minutes and let it cool completely in the pan. Maybe baking too long is what's causing other reviewers to experience dry bread.

This was absolutely fantastic! I took the advice of other reviewers and 3x the cinnamon swirl mix using brown sugar, because I absolutely love cinnamon! I also added a little over a cup of chopped apple, which I believe made this even more moist. I wouldn't exactly call this bread... It felt more like cake. This felt a little bit greasy, but I loved it, and it looks and smells fantastic!

Soooo simple and yet so good. Not too sweet but very moist, the cinnamon-y crust was my favourite part. It took just over an hour for mine to bake. Thanks for the recipe!

Really nice bread for morning coffee. Didn't have any buttermilk but I did have sour cream, so used half sour cream and half milk with lemon. Also threw in a handful each of raisins & chopped pecans.

OMG! this bread is yummy!I was in the mood for something with cinnamon in it and looked it up and this recipe popped up.Thank god it did b/c it was simple to make and really really good.I will say that for the topping I changed it slightly as others suggested.I used half white and half brown sugar.I also doubled it and added some to the middle of the bread.I mixed up 1/4cup white sugar and 3/4t cinnamon and greased my pan with that.I will definitely make this again!thanks for such a great recipe:-)

This was so good. I followed the recipe except for the topping- like many reviewers, I doubled it, using brown sugar and real butter. I also added some extra cinnamon to the batter itself. Don't beat for 3 minutes- combine dry, then wet, and mix together just until combined. So good with some butter. I made it for my family and it's all gone. Thanks!

I did take other peoples advice by mixing the dry and liquid ingredients separate, and tripling the topping is a must for this one. Very good recipe! I gave it to friends of mine for a gift and my boyfriend begs me to make more of it.
