This bread was awesome. Everyone loved it! It was gone about a half hour after I took it out of the oven. Thanks!

This was easy and delicious. I used the milk and vinager, and it came out good. The topping threw me off a little because it was sticky and sunk into the cake, so I swirled the best I could.I definatley could have doubled the topping.

Very good. I diced an apple and added it to the top. I cut down the salt to 1/2 tsp, because the first batch I made was way too salty!

This is amazingly good for how fast and easy it is. I tend to have all the ingredients, so it is great for a last minute treat.

This is simply delicious. My oven isn't working but I have been dying to try out the bread machine. I just put all the ingredients (minus the topping ingredients) into the bread machine and it did all the work. I did use 2 tsp of cinnamon instead of 1.5tsp and used regular 2% milk instead of buttermilk. Our result was a nice, moist, sweet dessert bread. DELISH!!

This bread was excellent. I did take the advice of other reviewers and mixed wet and dry ingredients separately. I also tripled the topping ingredients but didn't use it all. Overall, very tasty and just the right amount of sweetness and cinnamon flavor.

Delicious! I did half whole wheat flour and half white, used lactose-free skim milk + 1 tbsp. vinegar and it worked out fine. Agreed that I could use more swirly bits, but it was fine as it is!

Good! After reading all the reviews- I tripled the topping- put 2/3 inside and 1/3 on top. Then I drizzled some icing on top- yum!

the bread itself turned out beautiful.the taste leaves a little to be desired. i followed all recommendations, mixing dry and wet ingredients separately, didnt beat for 3 minutes, used a bigger bread pan, and doubled the topping. i couldnt really even taste the topping in the bread (i put half in the middle) and barely any on top. was quick and easy to make and tastes ok. i also added raisins.

I used 1c vanilla yogurt instead of buttermilk and it was a hit with my family. Very rich and flavorful. I've made it twice and my only problem is that my filling always falls all of the way to the bottom. It still tastes great though!

I love this recipe. I did replace the oil with applesauce to cut down on fat and increased the topping. I put half the topping in the middle of the batter and the rest on top. It disappeared when I took it to work.

This makes a great cinnamon bread! Tip to eliminate overflow: fill a regular-sized loaf pan two-thirds and a mini loaf pan (5.75"x3"x2"d) two-thirds. I baked them together - small loaf took 40 minutes, regular sized took 55 min. Also followed the suggestions for dry & wet ingredients, & doubled the struesel using brown sugar instead of white. Swirled half into the center & half went on top. Yum!!

Double the topping like the other reviews have said, and I also substituted some applesauce for oil to make it more moist. A great bread for breakfast or an afternoon snack!

This did not turn out with as much flavor as I had hoped for. It took alot longer for it to bake also. I will try this again and maybe add more cinnamon as well as maybe some nutmeg or cloves.

This was excellent! I made it first exactly as directed and taking advice from previous reviewers regarding mixing the wet and dry ingredients separately and doubling the topping. That added more topping, but I don't think it was necessarily an improvement because the bread itself was delicious even without the topping. I made this to give to our neighbors for Christmas, but after it make my kitchen smell so good, I decided to mix a second loaf to keep. By the second loaf, I was busy and forgot to do a couple things. The first time, I mixed the dry and wet ingredients separately and they blended perfectly when I combined the wet and dry. But the second time, I was just on a roll dumping stuff in and mixed it all in one bowl without thinking. This made it very lumpy. I also forgot to grease the pan the second go 'round, and even though I used a silicone pan, it did stick and came out with a piece missing. So as long as you mix the dry and wet ingredients separately, and don't forget to grease your pan, you will do great! I am thinking maybe a few others said this was bland because they expected a sweet and gooey cinnamon roll texture? Not sure what their expectations were, but this has more of a coffee cake or banana bread texture, and it was perfectly sweet. I don't think it needed any more. I may try it with chopped apples and/or pecans in the future for a change. My kids love cinnamon bread that we buy at the grocery, but no need to buy that anymore. I will b
