This was amazing. It tasted like a lower fat version of cinnamon rolls. I didn't have any buttermilk, so I used water and it came out just fine. I made this into muffins for a quick snack/breakfast.

I would rate this as just OK. Will not be making it again. My loaf was a bit on the dry side for a dessert bread and the flavor just wasn't there. I made the recipe as written other than combining dry ingred. and wet seperately then mixing.

I made this recipe yesterday and took the other reviewers suggestions by doubling the streuesel topping. The bread is delicious and the recipe was wanted by several of my co-workers. The bread baked in the amount of time suggested and did not overflow. I will definetly make this bread again.

Im not sure if i did something wrong in this recipe but my bread turned out really dry. The flavor was pretty good just a tab bit on the bland side for me. I think it would be a great recipe with a little tweeking.

I thought this was super tasty. I didn't have buttermilk, so I soured milk with a little lemon, and it was fantastic this way. I did go ahead and double the topping and sprinkle some in the center as well as the top, and it came out with a nice cinnamon-sugar swirl! It's a keeper!

I ended up making these into muffins, which was great because the cooking time was cut down by half. I baked them for 23 minutes. YUMMY!! A little too sweet for breakfast, but def a great snack!

FABULOUS!! This bread is wonderful! I substituted 1/2 c of whole wheat flour for 1/2 of the white flour and applesauce instead of oil. While pouring the batter, I added the suggested extra topping to the middle of the batter. I will definitely make this again! My family thought it was wonderful bread.

This was SO simple. I combined the dry ingredients in my Kitchen Aid and briefly ran the whipping tool through it to sift the ingredients a bit, then added all the wet and briefly blended together until moistened. I did use butter instead of vegetable oil and I doubled the topping and did a a layer in the middle AND top before swirling. I plan on letting it sit overnight, covered, then serving it for breakfast tomorrow.

Nice Cinnamon bread. It was more mild than I had thought it would be. I followed the recommendations of other reviewers and doubled the topping and added part to the center and followed by the remaining batter. I also separated the dry ingredients and then added those to the wet ones. The house smelled great while it was baking!

This bread is soooo yummy! I doubled the topping and swirled half in it as the recipe said, and I put the other half on top! MMMMM..... I am making this again soon! Update: I forgot to say that I didn't have any buttermilk so I used 1 cup of milk and 1 3/4ths teaspoon of cream of tarter. Worked out great!

I made this with whole wheat flour, doubled the batch and used only 3/4 cup of sugar for the whole thing. I used 1 egg and 4 egg whites, half olive oil and half apple sauce, and i added raisons and apple. I also coated the pan with the cinnamon and sugar mixture. Fantastic and healthy! i have already made this 3 times :) TIP: i like to turn the cooking time down to 300 and bake for one hour because it seems to produce a more moist bread.

This is a wonderful quick bread! The only changes I made were to use whole wheat pastry flour, instead of all-purpose, and doubled the topping and added it to the center, as well as on top. It came out great. Every bite included the wonderful buttery/sweet mixture! I baked these in the mini loaf pans.

I made this cinnamon bread a few hours ago and my family is inhaling it. What a great recipe!! The only changes I made was double the streusel topping and swirled half into the bread, and half on top I also tossed in a handful of walnuts. Some reviewers mentioned it overflowing or needing multiple pans, so I baked it in a bundt pan and it came out great. I'm already being asked to bake another!

I doubled the recipe so that I could serve one and freeze one. I also doubled the topping amount again, so that I could put some in the middle and some over the top. The cinnamon smell and taste was wonderful.
