Our first attempt was a failure. Perhaps it was not us who was a failure but the recipe. :) The crescents were very crumbly. They fell apart when we took them off the pan. Tips: when putting on the sugar and cinnamon coating use a spoon to sprinkle on the coating; cook for 15 minutes so they become sturdier cookies and do not crumble to pieces.

I made this recipe last week for the hubby's workplace. The cookies were too good and never made it! : ) I do suggest two things: double up on the recipe and make the cresents a bit large; they kept falling apart when I made them small. Oh also, I did both the traditional powder sugar dip and the cinnamon/sugar: everyone preferred the cinnamon/sugar. Enjoy
