The texture of this was not good. It was hard to stir and get it to stay together, it kept wanting to seperate. This was a waste of ingredients and my kids were bummed that the hot cocoa was a bust.
I figured that I would love this recipe since I love peanut butter. But it wasn't that good. It has a nice twist to the regualr hot chocolate but it is almost gritty in texture. By the time you get the the bottom of the mug, it gets so thick and it leaves a film in your mouth. I think we will pass on this one. Thanks though...
This recipe was decent. I think the amount of peanut butter is too much, so if I make it again I'd just use a little bit, maybe a Tbsp. I did add a touch of vanilla extract and to each cup a tsp of sugar.

Hard to believe, but many kids will be back in school at the end of the month. Get ready.
You won't believe all the things you can do with cauliflower. It's a great low-carb option.
