I saw this on the recipe buzz a few times, so I wanted to try it. I never had "Cincinnati" or "Skyline" chili before. It was like a slightly thick coney style sauce on top of spaghetti with cheese and diced onions. Two of us worked on this, one measuring the spices and the other cooking the onions and beef, and so the prep went pretty fast. I used beef base and made my own broth to taste and used 2 lbs of lean beef. I worked at a coney island that made something similar, but theirs came out of can, with some quite weird byproducts. So, making the original was my first time trying this. Not a regular recipes, but interesting.
