The vinegar and cream go very well together. Best when sauteed chicken and asparagus is added to the mix.

This recipe, which dates to the 1920's, was my grandmother's. She served it with roast beef, but it would also be excellent with other beef dishes and sandwiches.

Ancho Chile Fettuccini with Cilantro-Tomatillo Cream Sauce

Rather than make fettuccine colored with spinach or tomatoes, I wanted to create something with color AND flare. Here is my idea. Try serving with grilled skewered chicken and mushrooms, marinated with lime, garlic, cumin, salt and pepper.

This a smoky cream sauce that tastes great. Add a few tablespoons to any kind of burrito with rice and beans in it, or to a steak or chicken bowl. Very quick and easy to make and tastes great!

Basil Cream Sauce

After a mad search on the net for a recipe for this sauce I had to create my own. This can be reheated in the microwave without the usual cream sauce defects. I just love the light green color and how well it displays over tri color or regular pasta, salmon and grilled chicken. I have been putting this on everything.
