Five stars all around. Used flounder. Marinated the fish in the juice of 2 limes, cilantro, olive oil, finely chopped red onion, cumin, garlic, salt and red pepper flakes for a little bit before baking put in foil and topped with very little butter, baked for about 20 minutes and served with fresh lime wedges, light and flavorful everyone loved it just wished there was more to enjoy, next time will put in fish tacos.

This recipe just didn't do it for me. There was a flavor I didn't care for. I'm pretty sure it was the cumin. It was very easy though and I did like the combination of lime and cilantro. I might try it again without the cumin.

An okay dish, but it tasted kind of too little.

It was okay. I didn't care for the flavor. It was on the bland side.

I used snapper for this recipe. I upped the olive oil to 2 tablespoons and cut the margarine completely. I used a heaping tablespoon of onion flakes and 3 teaspoons of minced garlic. Used only 1 teaspoon of cumin because I ran out. My oven element decided to stop working tonight so, I broiled the fish alone for about 10 minutes. I then added the onion/garlic mixture. Sprinkled it with a little salt. Topped with the cilantro and lime slices. Broiled for another 10-12 minutes. Yummy!!!!

Loved it! Made it with cod. Yes Use the Cumin! Didn't have lime so lemon juice worked, didn't have fresh, so onion powder ,and garlic powder worked just fine. Wrapped it in foil with butter and cilantro and parsley and a little salt & pepper, then threw it on the bbq. Done in a few minutes!

In 7 years, I had never seen my husband say he didn't like a food and even he could not eat it. I followed the recipe exactly. I agree with other posters that the cumin really ruined it. I'd say try a different recipe!!

Very good! I left out the onion, just added the butter and garlic right into the foil. Omitted the cumin, sprinkled with sea salt and Mccormack Italian herb seasoning, which has red pepper in it. I used lemon instead of lime and added a splash of white wine. Baked for 25 minutes and it tasted great!
