I made this wassail for a church hay ride and oh! what a hit it was. I really enjoyed that your web site calculates the receipe to how many people you are serving. It was great and I will surely make this again.

I greeted my guests at a gift wrapping party I hosted with this wonderfully festive treat and I got RAVE REVIEWS! I didn't have any ground cloves so I added a pinch of all-spice and it was excellent.

Just what I needed! I idn't have the Cinnamon sticks in mine and it still turned out great. I did add a lot more ground cinnamon than a dash though. Great for sitting by the fire or enjoying a night in.

This turned out very tasty. I made it for a Halloween party, and everyone loved it. I did add more spices than the "dash" required because you can never have too much cinnamon! It also is good with rum - I like to make a virgin and a spiked version. Thanks for the recipe!
