Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups chopped fresh mint leaves
  • 1/3 cup minced onion
  • 1/3 cup white sugar
  • 1/4 cup distilled white vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix the mint, onion, sugar, vinegar, cayenne pepper and salt. Cover the mixture and refrigerate 2 hours, or until chilled.
